Mike and Peter are a hard working father-son duo. They have been working side by side first in their construction business and then naturally as they went into Home Inspection.  In construction, Mike has over 25 years under his belt and took his son, Peter, under his wing for 10 years teaching him the trade. Like father, like son, they both have great attention to detail. They have done many repairs and remodels in the Sacramento Area.

In 2008, they founded Sacramento Home Inspections Plus. Having experienced eyes for fixing problems they made an easy transition to finding problems in homes. Also since they have a background in construction, it gives their customers great confidence that they know what they're doing. They have performed thousands of inspections in the Sacramento and outlying areas. They are licensed (LMH46255899138) and Insured by E&O up to $1,000,000.

In 2012, Mike obtained his California Real Estate License (#01903084 employed by Statewide Realty) and is a Realtor with membership in the National Association of Realtors and the Sacramento Association of Realtors. Mike and Peter have MLS access and is able to open up properties for the convenience of the buyer's realtor.
